When we checked in, the staff was very nice. The suite itself was very clean, roomy, and warmly decorated. The toiletries were well stocked, as was the coffee available in the room. The temperature control was perfect, as it was a very hot day, it was nice to be on a cooled room. The halls were quiet, no loud guests to bother our sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable and bedding was so soft. I wanted to take the pillows home with me! They offered breakfast in the morning that looked pretty good. The only reason i didn't eat was because I was scheduled for surgery that morning and wasn't allowed to eat. I would absolutely stay there again!

The group I was with came into San Antonio on a Tuesday as we were going with a large group of Retired Teachers on Wednesday to the Capitol in Austin. Our chartered busses were loading at 6:30 am at Crossroads Park and Ride. Since Spring Hill Suites is only .3 miles away it was a perfect place for us. We were able to get a great nights rest before a long, tiring day. Over 1000 retired teachers were at the Capitol to visit our legislators and to again plead our case for a cost of living raise.

This property is very clean, modern looking, and has great amenities. The breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. It’s easy access to the 410 Loop, and there are many businesses in the same parking lot such as Target and Starbucks. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is overall clean, smells good, cozy and the complimentary breakfast has a lot of choices and are definitely healthy and satisfying unlike the other hotels that I got to experience staying. This I will definitely say, excellent service so keep it up. Keep the good and welcoming vibe to stay at the top.
